The Leadership Team
Promoter/Producer
- Role: The visionary and financier.
- Responsibilities: Arranges for the show to happen, secures funding, and is ultimately responsible for all expenses.
Production Manager
- Role: The producer's right hand.
- Responsibilities: Handles all financial matters and ensures the production stays within budget.
Company Manager
- Role: The general manager for the cast and crew.
- Responsibilities: Oversees daily operations on tour or regional productions, books hotels, orders catering, and often signs off on paychecks. They are also the first point of contact for HR issues.
Creative and Technical Direction
Stage Manager
- Role: The backstage commander.
- Responsibilities: In charge of backstage operations and serves as the liaison between various production elements. Calls the cues during performances.
Designers
